JUNIOR AGENT: 40%

A newly licensed agent with his active back office. At this level, the new agent must be certified in the basic business construction steps.

SENIOR AGENT: 45%:

An agent that met the requirements of Junior Agent. He personally sold in a calendar month $2,000 in Premium, including your personal policy. You have personally sponsored a new agent.

TRAINER: 50%:

An agent that met the requirements of Senior Agent. He personally sold in a $2,000 calendar month in Premium. You have personally sponsored a new agent. Your team has a volume in the same month of $4,000 in Premium.

SENIOR TRAINER: 55%

An agent that met Trainer’s requirements. He personally sold in a calendar month $3,000 in Premium. You have personally sponsored a new agent. Your team has a volume in the same month of $8,000 in Premium. Develop a Trainer.

SUPERVISOR: 60%

Agent who met the requirements of Senior Trainer. He personally sold in a calendar month $3,000 in Premium. You have personally sponsored a new agent. Your team has a volume in the same month of $14,000 in Premium. Develop two Trainers.

SENIOR SUPERVISOR: 65%

An agent that met the requirements of the Supervisor. He personally sold in a calendar month $3,000 in Premium. You have personally sponsored a new agent. Your team has a volume in the same month of $20,000 in Premium. Develop a Supervisor.

DISTRICT LEADER: 70%

Agent who met the requirements of Senior Supervisor. He personally sold in three consecutive months $9,000 in Premium. You have personally sponsored a new agent. Your team has a volume in the same three consecutive months of $30,000 in Premium. Develop a Senior Supervisor.

SENIOR DISTRICT LEADER: 75%

An agent that met District Leader requirements. He personally sold in three consecutive months $9,000 in Premium. You have personally sponsored a new agent. His team has a volume in the same three consecutive months of $40,000 in Premium. Develop a District Leader.

DIVISION LEADER: 80%

Agent who met the requirements of Senior District Leader. He personally sold in three consecutive months $10,000 in Premium. He has personally sponsored two new agents. Your team has a volume in the same three consecutive months of $50,000 in Premium. Develop a Senior District Leader.

SENIOR DIVISION LEADER: 85%

An agent that met the requirements of Division Leader. He personally sold in the three consecutive months $10,000 in Premium. He has personally sponsored two new agents. His team has a volume in three consecutive months of $65,000 in Premium. Develop a Leading Division.

REGIONAL: 90%

Agent who met the requirements of Senior Division Leader. He personally sold in the three consecutive months $10,000 in Premium. He has personally sponsored two new agents. His team has a volume in three consecutive months of $90,000 in Premium. Develop a Senior Division Leader.

SENIOR REGIONAL – 95%

An agent that met the Regional Leader requirements. He personally sold in three consecutive months $15,000 in Premium. He has personally sponsored two new agents. His team has a volume in the same three consecutive months of $120,000 in Premium. Develop a Regional Leader.

REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT – 100%

Agent who met the requirements of Senior Regional Leader for two consecutive months. He personally sold in three consecutive months $15,000 in Premium. He has personally sponsored two new agents. His team has a volume in the same three consecutive months of $150,000 in Premium. Develop a Senior Regional Leader.

Note: All commissions are based on premium and approved accounts. For all contracts, the agent is required to have a level of persistence and placement at 80% or more. Each contract will be evaluated quarterly within the same calendar year and the contract percentage will be adjusted to the level that corresponds to the volume
